If part of her transformation doesn't allow her to cut it, I can imagine her trying to tie it back, only to find another part of the transformation forces her to use a pretty bow. Thus grading even more on Roxanne's sanity. I wonder if Angel's spur of the moment transformation included a false safe against her toys committing suicide.
