A little confusing here. I'm guessing it will be explained next page.
I'm guessing the MFO (Mysterious Flying Object) is the lady from the first page. Although I'm not sure why she has blondish brown hair as well as gray.
The really confusing thing is the floating sugar donuts in panel 5.
