Not quite sure what Lilly is saying or what the background should be. Any ideas?

If for some weird reason you don't know who these people are, you need to read a webcomic called The Wotch. It's a huge inspiriation for me and a fantastic story. Not to mention a massive archive full of comics.

So, yeah. I got bored last night and started drawing Anne from The Wotch. Turned out rather good. Then I sketched Lilly. Then my creative juices fizzed out and I'm like, "Okay, now what? What's going on? Where are they? What's Lilly saying?"
